of the Armed Forces personnel are
granted familypension
on the death of a service
person/pensioner. Family pensions
are of three kinds, namely, Liberalized Family Pension, Special Family Pension and Ordinary Family Pension. The eligibility and conditions under which these pensions are granted are given at GOI/MOD
letter No. 1(2)/97/D (Pen-C) dated 31 January
2001. These provisions are also discussed in the

An Appeal -- Don't we feel guilty within ourselves by not being at least the members of this great organisation which has fought for us all in the Supreme Court of India against the Govt of India (WHICH IS NOT A JOKE) at their on cost and efforts, in getting the arrears of Rank Pay for the officers of Indian Armed Forces, without us having to move an eyebrow.
